WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STRADDLE AND FORK OVER TYPE STACKER?
The straddle stacker has outriggers that are spread apart so that pallets can be picked up (by the forks) at ground level. The fork over stacker is set up in such a way that the outriggers are spaced apart and fixed so that the forks can lower and ultimately rest upon them. Fork over stackers are to only be used to transport open bottom pallets.
