In most instances we have found that the Maxi Freezer Spacers can be up to 17% efficient depending on your airflow environment. If for example, your freezer environment is “still air” then your efficiency improvement rating will be much less than 17%. The key for capitalizing on the design of the Maxi Freezer Spacers is to have air flowing in your cold storage facility. For instance, turbo fans may be required to maximize the efficiency potential of the Maxi Freezer Spacers. In other instances reconfiguring your freezer may be necessary. Your ceiling height may need to be lowered to keep air flow from being dissipated. We highly recommend purchasing a couple of units to test out and see how they will work in your particular facility.
