We ship product between facilities (palletize with spacer at the production plant and remove after freezing in the cold storage facility). The freezer spacers are slippery and shift during transport. How can we control this?

We offer freezer spacers with anti-slip material. It is another plastic molded on top of the freezer spacer. This plastic surface has a higher coefficient of friction than our standard plastic freezer spacers. In addition, we recommend manually (by hand) shrink wrapping the corners of the load. Since your goal is to permit airflow to your product just wrap the corners to bring stability to the load. Below is a photo of what a company did to help resolve this issue:
